Code of Safety Conduct

The company places great emphasis on the safety of all professional drivers (hereafter “the Drivers”” while carrying out their consignment duties in the workplace during work hours. Through frequency training and education programs, we require our Drivers to abide by the Company’s procedural manual and rules.

Our company-wide initiative to assist drivers with identifying potential dangers includes regular mandatory meetings held to analyze various scenarios that the Drivers could be confronted. We hold discussions of possible non-compliant situations to assist drivers to recognize potential dangers in the course of their transportation duties. Specific objectives for the safety code of conduct are established regularly to promote development of safety conduct. Periodic and random inspects are conducted to ensure implementation and effectiveness of the initiatives.

Any violation of these safety code of conduct, either intentionally or accidently, may lead to severe administrative sanctions by the Company, and in some cases even dismissal. This ensures that all drivers will adhere to the safety code of conduct to protect their own safety and health.
